Hello... My name is Paris R. Strickland and I’ve been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma on November 29th, 2007. At only 5 days of age my mom and dad noticed that my abdomen was buldging to the right which was the first indication leading into my diagnosis.  Within my first days of life, I’ve underwent ultrasounds, CT, MRI, bone and MIBG scans to determine the location of my cancer.  The doctors at Children’s Memorial Hospital determined that the stage 3 cancer was pushing against my spinal cord. On December 2nd, 2007 the Oncology Team at Children’s decided to biopsy the neuroblastoma and start chemotherapy.  This is where my journey begins... On September 29, 2008, Paris relapsed in the cerebellum at 9 months old and we began treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York... We continue to fight every day.
